Who owns this site and the rules for using it, as required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services.
Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the conext.io site. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept what is set out here. Using the service itself, once you create an account, is also governed by the terms of use.
Conditions of access
Access to the site is free and open. You agree to use it properly and not to use it for unlawful activity, to damage the systems of the owner, its suppliers or third parties, or to introduce software capable of causing damage.
Intellectual and industrial property
The Conext name, its logo, the texts, the design and the code of the site belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may view them and share links, but not reproduce, alter or exploit them commercially without written consent. Third-party trademarks mentioned — Google, Stripe, Plausible, Fathom — belong to their owners and are named only to identify compatibility.
Liability
The site is offered as it is. The owner aims to keep the information correct and current, but is not liable for typographical errors or for service interruptions beyond its control. Nor is it liable for the content of external sites it links to: a link implies neither endorsement nor any relationship with them.
Data protection
How personal data is handled is explained in the privacy policy, which sets out what is stored, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer legislation imposes another venue, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile.
