Privacy policy

Last reviewed: 20 August 2026

Conext reads the figures from the tools you already use and brings them together in one dashboard. This page says what we store to do that, who it is shared with and what you can ask us for.

What we store about you

Your name, your email, the hashed password, the language you pick and the account you belong to. We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address or payment details. Your session also stores your IP address and browser, which is what lets you close sessions and lets us spot odd sign-ins.

What we store about your projects, and what we do not

For each project: its name, its address, the read-only credentials you connect and the figures your tools return. Those figures are aggregates — totals per period, daily series, top pages and sources — never lists of people. Conext neither receives nor stores personal data about the visitors to your sites or about your Stripe customers.

Credentials

Stripe keys, Plausible or Fathom keys and the Google token are stored encrypted in the database, never in plain text. Google access is read-only over Analytics and you can revoke it whenever you like from your own Google account, without going through us. The Stripe keys we recommend are restricted and read-only: they cannot move money.

Cookies and third parties

There are only two cookies: the session one and the one that protects forms. There is no analytics of our own, no advertising and no social buttons. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to anyone else while you use Conext.

How long we keep it

Your account data, for as long as the account exists. Metrics are a snapshot of the periods on display, not a historical archive: each refresh replaces the previous one. The record of alerts sent is deleted after ninety days. If you close your account, everything attached to it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere or object to a particular use. An email is enough. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Who processes data on our behalf

None of them receives more than it needs for its job. These are all of them:

Amazon Web Services Hosting for the application and the database, and delivery of the alert emails. Servers in the European Union.
Google The Google Analytics API, to read the metrics of the projects that use it.
Stripe The Stripe API, to read the revenue figures of the projects that use it.
Plausible · Fathom The API of whichever analytics source you choose, if you do not use Google.
Flare Application error tracking, with sensitive fields censored.
