By creating an account you accept what follows. It is written to be understood on the first read; if something is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
What the service is
Conext brings the analytics and revenue figures of your projects into one dashboard, reading them from the tools you connect, and emails you when a source stops responding, when the data stops refreshing, or when traffic or revenue falls further than the threshold you set.
Your account and your credentials
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account. By connecting a data source you confirm you are allowed to read it: if it is a client’s data, that the client has authorised you. You can invite anyone to your account and limit each person to a single client.
Acceptable use
You may not connect other people’s accounts without permission, try to reach data belonging to other Conext accounts, or hammer the service with automation that degrades it for everyone else. We can suspend an account doing any of that, with notice unless the urgency prevents it.
Availability and limits
The service is provided as it is. It depends on the Google, Stripe, Plausible and Fathom APIs, which can fail, change or throttle without us being able to prevent it. Alerts are sent in good faith but are not a critical monitoring system: they do not replace your own checks, and we are not liable for decisions taken on figures that come from third parties.
Price
For as long as the current phase lasts, using Conext is free. If it ever becomes paid, we will give reasonable notice and nothing will ever be charged without you accepting it first.
Leaving, changes and applicable law
You can close your account whenever you like and everything attached to it is deleted. If we change these terms, we will email you before they apply. They are governed by Spanish law and, for any dispute, by the courts of the holder’s domicile.
